Tilleda Falls campground was exactly what our family was looking for in a weekend excursion. The waterfall is exceptionally beautiful and tremendously accessible. My six-year old daughter and four-year old son had a chance to catch little trout, blue gills, perch and a ton of crayfish fishing right from the rocks surrounded by the cascading falls. We alternately spent time kayaking the string of small ponds/lakes, hanging out on the beach and doing the traditional tent camper activities. The creek abounds with crayfish and the site hosts crayfish races on Saturday, which occupied all the kids at the site - first in catching their racer and secondly in the event itself. They also had some fun rentals available for land and water travel and a nice deck overlooking the falls where you can grab a pizza. Beyond the beauty of the site, the management is phenomenal. They are on top of everything, warm and friendly to the guests, they keep everything clean (especially the showers), and go above and beyond any expectations I'd have for a campground host - delivering ice and firewood right to our site.

Hello, we would just like to express our appreciation for a very memorable camping weekend this June. We would extremely like to thank Megan and Jen for all the hospitality and for entertaining and making my mentally challendged brother feel independent. They were very patient with him and let him participate in all their special events. It is very nice to know there are people who do care and understand his problem and accept him as an individual. That is very important to us when we do visit places and it makes our experience much more enjoyable.

We would also like to express the clieanliness of everything--the restrooms, the showers, the cabins and the whole campground is very well kept and maintained. There was never a dirty smelly bathroom that we hated to go into!

GOOD JOB, Megan and Jen and whoever we may not have seen that maintains and runs the campground! Tilleda Falls is a place we will be returning to. It is very friendly and family-oriented. It may be small but it feels like HOME!

My Husband and I took our children camping this weekend and we had a wonderful time. We felt like we were wanted there and not just for the money we were paying to stay there.

The campground was clean, including the bathrooms and showers. The staff was helpful and treated my children like a person.

We plan on making this our main camping place as long as it stays the same. I hope when we come back the same manager will be there because he did a wonderful job. You made the right choice on who should work there.
